Advanced Settings

Advanced Settings can be toggled from the settings tab. Advanced Settings include SSL Verify, Close Importer on Success, Cwicly Optimisations (Remove SVG Filters, Remove Wordpress Global Styles, Remove Wordpress Emojis), Third Part Themes (Remove Cwicly Flex Optimisation), WooCommerce (Stylesheets, Scripts).

SSL Verify

You can verify the SSL certificate on your web server to make sure it is correctly installed, valid, trusted and doesn't give any errors to any of your users.

    Click on Settings to open the Settings tab

    Open Advanced Settings dropdown

    Toggle SSL Verify

Close Importer on Success

You can choose whether or not to close the Import Element modal if a design element is successfully imported.

Cwicly Optimisations

You can remove or include Cwicly optimisations such as: SVG Filters, Wordpress Global Styles and Wordpress Emojis.

Remove Gutenberg Global Styles

If you use Cwicly Global Styles then you may wish to disable Gutenberg Global Styles in the dashboard.
  • Navigate to the dashboard.
  • Find Cwicly Settings.
  • Toggle off "Remove Wordpress Global Styles".

Gutenberg Defaults

By default, all Template Parts that you add to your templates contain an outer wrapper that you cannot customise (except the tag). When enabled, Cwicly removes the outer wrapper.

Third-Party Themes

If you are using a third party theme and notice your blocks are squeezed, activating Cwicly Flex Optimisation might help.

    Toggle on Cwicly Flex Optimisation
Cwicly adds a specific rule (Cwicly Flex Optimisation) that allows all Cwicly blocks to appear correctly on the backend editor.
Remember that this will cause issues when using Flexbox on the backend with Cwicly blocks.
