# Line Height

If a Line Height has been applied in a parent block, it will be inherited unless otherwise specified on the selected block.

The Line Height property defines the height of a single line of text.

* Select a block.
* Open the Block Inspector.
* Navigate to the Primary or Design Tab.
* Open the Typography Tab.
* Find the Line Height property.
* Enter the desired line height unit.
* Select required unit in the dropdown.
* Click dot to reset.
